Serious skin care requires a total health approach, or you'll never achieve the skin care results you want.
After all, our health is the most important thing to us. We are nothing without our health. Our overall state of health includes not only our overall heath, but also includes our skin. Great skin is achieved by having great health.
There are four simple steps which, if followed, will help us achieve the skin and the look we want. These steps, if followed consistently, will help us feel better and keep our skin looking great.
1. Exercise. Exercise has an impact on every aspect of our life and health, including our skin. Exercise increases blood circulation bringing oxygen and an increased blood supply to our skin.
2. Improve your diet. Increase your intake of high quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water and eat foods high in antioxidants and your skin will thank you for it.
3. Take a daily multi-vitamin with supplements to ensure that you are getting the vitamins and minerals that may be lacking in your diet.
4. Keep your skin clean and fresh by removing makeup before going to bed. Apply both a daytime moisturizes containing sunscreen and a nighttime moisturizer to replenish the moisture lost during the day.
